OptimIn the app (immediately)
- Sign in at nutritie.cyberbuildsolutions.com.
- Open Mai mult → Profilul meu (More → My profile).
- Tap Șterge contul și toate datele (Delete account and all data) and confirm with your password.
The following are permanently deleted, immediately: your account, profile, meal log and photos, the weights you entered, the data imported from your Garmin watch, our access to your Garmin account and the link to WhatsApp. Deletion cannot be undone.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, write to our DPO from the email address or phone number you signed up with, at iulian@cyberbuildsolutions.com, with the subject “Data deletion”. We confirm your identity, delete everything and reply within 30 days at the latest (usually the same day).
WhatsApp only
To stop receiving anything on WhatsApp without deleting your account, write STOP in your chat with us, or tap Dezleagă WhatsApp (Unlink WhatsApp) under Profilul meu → WhatsApp. Your number is removed from your account; the conversation stays on your phone, where you can delete it yourself.
Garmin watch only
Under Profilul meu → Ceasul Garmin, tap Deconectează ceasul (Disconnect watch). Our access to your Garmin account is deleted and data collection stops. You can also revoke access from your Garmin Connect account settings.
What remains after deletion
None of your personal data. All that remains is product information that is not linked to you (for example, the nutritional values of a product read from a label), and the server's technical logs, which rotate automatically.
